Meditation can mean different things to different people. When you're in your body and all that is left is your breath and mindful thoughts, that is meditation. Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Recipe

Makes 12 cookies, 1 cookie per servingВ

1/4 cup egg whites
1 cup peanut butter
